Stair and rooms
An internal steel spiral staircase connects the existing house to the new level. The upper floor is arranged along a central axis, with two children’s bedrooms on one side and a generously proportioned through-bedroom on the other.
Adaptability
The principal bedroom is sized to accommodate future changes in the family. It can be divided into two separate bedrooms without compromising the overall layout.
Outdoor space
The calm character of the street allows a terrace at the front façade, directly connected to the bedroom. At the rear, part of the flat roof becomes a second terrace. Together, these outdoor spaces connect the new floor to its surroundings on both elevations and improve the quality of living.
